Please complete the form to book with us.

Please note that we require the following;

• a deposit of £200 for a self-catering booking,
• a deposit of 10% of the total amount for a full package booking,
• for all groups we require a £250 damage deposit (refundable if no damage is incurred),
• a house booking requires a one-off payment of £10 for Private Hire Indemnity Insurance
• for camping groups, there is a charge of £5 per adult per night to cover consumables e.g. firewood

Whitwell Hall has an arrival time of 3pm and a departure time of 3pm. This is the same for full package and self catering as well as house and camping groups.
